Considered America’s greatest pastime, the sport of baseball symbolizes legacy and excellence in both the past and present. And 2012 could be the end of the Chicago Cubs' curse that has plagued the franchise for more than 100 years. Every team has something to play for, whether it’s aspirations for the postseason and eventually being world champions of baseball or showcasing young talented stars who will make their teams competitive in a matter of just a few years.
